Because he always cracks up the kids and their parents too, we're big fans of Guilford Adams and his company Los Angeles Clown.

Party Package #1 — Los Angeles Clown's basic one-hour party plan includes magic, balloon sculpting, games, music, face painting and fun-filled activities with a parachute and a tunnel.
Cost: $130 (An additional $30 for a fully costumed and headed character)

Party Package #2 — This party package includes all of the above as well as lots of extra goodies! The star of the party is given a special certificate to remember his or her special day. This show is  an hour and a half and the kids have a blast.
Cost: $165 (An additional $30 for a fully costumed and headed character)
